Splendid…things

T-shirt: Tee and Cake @Topshop   Jeans: H&M   Trainers: Converse   Sunglasses: H&M   Watch: River Island   Ring: Primark

Just a chilled one today but I love this sheer back t-shirt (and the slogan that goes with it!). Still loving the extra big cuffs also, as you can see!

NYC...envy

Jumper: Topman   Sunglasses: H&M   Shorts: DIY cut offs   Trainers: Converse   Bag: Primark   Necklace: Topshop   Watch: River Island

OK so I wouldn't exactly wear this to NY fashion week but am having serious envy of all the people that are over there enjoying it atm! Been constantly checking my Instagram feed for all the pics and nights out from some of the other fashion blogs I follow...so wanna go!!!

Have got some exciting items on the way that I can't wait to show off too! Keep waiting around for the postman but so far no sign :(.

Casual...Sunday

T-shirt: Primark   Jeans: H&M   Trainers: Converse   Sunglasses: H&M   Bag: Primark

Ok so this has pretty much been my casual day off uniform of late, luxe tee, dark jeans and converse/funky trainers! Anything with a leather style inset has me sold at the moment! Do want to get into wearing heels more again but have seen a few autumn lovelies that am waiting to get! Not that I still don't have enough I could wear now!!!

Have put up on my Facebook page, here, an album of some of the other new lines coming into Primark soon that are on my wish list! Very much into the reds and pinks for this season, even breaking the rules and mixing together....

Tea...shirt

Shirt: Primark   Jeans: H&M   Trainers: Converse   Sunglasses: H&M

Last week saw this shirt, here, in Topshop when one of the assistants was wearing it, was very tempted but thought best keep money for holiday. Today saw this blue version in Primark and couldn't help myself with the price. Love the print, colour and dip hem to the back. Like it loose for a more casual look but tried it to see what was like when tucked in too.

Added last photo more for my amusement as the bf was taking photos and gave me this pretty little flower, just makes me chuckle as in this I look so unamused! Really wasn't the case...was very pretty! The little leaf necklace was a gift but from Orelia, stocked in Topshop but actually based in my home town of Brighton. Check out the silver version on their blog, here.

Little bit of...star shine

Jumper: Primark   Shirt: Topshop   Trousers: H&M   Trainers: Converse   Jacket: Primark   Bangle: River Island   Bag: H&M

Have been seriously neglecting the blog this month, have so many ideas and things to show but other things seem to keep getting in the way. Not all bad, though have been fighting off this horrid cold, mentioned in previous post, for bout three weeks now. Eventually caved and doctored it so should hopefully be on the mend now! Also last week finished work project and then got promotion so have been bit crazy finishing off and starting new bits there and this week have just sorted out new flat - am already planning how to decorate before it's all even been finalised!

Today has been spent running round sorting bits for that, grabbing bits for Christmas and, if you have seen Twitter/Facebook feed, ogling the many beautiful doughnuts at Krispy Kreme! (A box of them may have found its way home with us). So many shiny things in stores right now, getting ready for those Christmas outfits, shall do a few favourites soon. You know me and shiny things...can't stay away for long!

Simple...the best

T-shirt: Primark   Skirt: River Island   Trainers: Converse All Stars   Bag: House of Holland   Sunglasses: H&M   Watch: River Island   Bracelet: River Island   Big ring: Primark   Leaf ring: H&M

Wore this out for lunch with a friend the other day, not exactly the most exciting outfit I'll grant you, but  the skirt is beautifully soft and it's nice that when the wind catches it (which I was trying to capture in the last image) you have the safety that you know if won't leave you exposed!

Something with a touch more glamour literally just popped up on my Facebook home page, this video here to go with the Michael Kors Fall 2012 ad campaign, shot by Mario Testino at Paramount Studios depicts the type of lifestyle I'm sure many of us would love!!! Check out some more gorgeously glamourous photos for the campaign, here...am liking the lace skirt and thick knit jumper combo, something to think about for the colder days!

Save for...a rainy day

Hat: New Look   Jacket: River Island   Jumper: Topshop   Jeans: Topshop   Trainers: Converse   Bag: H&M   Necklace: Hannah Makes Things

Why is it when we always plan to go out for a wander it always rains?!!! Maybe as we live in Manchester so it ALWAYS rains! So had to break out the hat and hide under the bridge on our walk out the other day. Not that am ever condoning graffiti, (though remember previous post, here, with examples from all round Brighton that I do find awesome), but it does always intrigue me how it ends up in some of the bizarrest places, like this bridge coz that water was not low!

As mentioned in previous post, here, this shoes the bright orange bowler type bag, (it looks a lot brighter than the pictures!) and I like that it has handles and a shoulder strap. Other things I thought would look good with it would be this cap sleeve sporty dress, here, with these hidden wedge trainers, here, that I have previously lusted about!
