Ok, so I can't lie, I down right stole this outfit idea from one of my favourite bloggers - Victoria from inthefrow.com - after seeing this post, here, I thought "I love that look!" and have most of these things already. And now, thanks to the link from her post I now have the perfect shearling jacket as well! Love this over sized piece of warmness, (in the Miss Selfridge sale at half price!) seeing as they are still threatening snow it seemed like a good way to go! Love how Victoria funks up the look though with the sports jersey and lighter beanie!!!

Yesterday I also purchased some tickets for the Vogue festival 2014, which I was very excited about, until I realised I had bought them for a day when I already have plans! DOH! So if there is anyone out there that is interesting in buying them off me, I got them for the Fashion Legends talk with Naomi Campbell and Franca Sozzani at 6.30pm on Sun 30th March in the front stalls, please send me an e-mail, either that or if anyone has tickets for any of the talks on the Saturday (that I could go to!) let me know as well and could swap?! Was out doing a couple of jobs around the Trafford Centre today in Manchester. When you see something a lot you kind of loose appreciation for the detail and special areas around the place like the stone lions and carved eagles around all the drain pipes. I could also sit and watch the dolphin fountain for ages! Check out the Facebook page, here, for latest news and events.

Ever since I saw the preview for Primarks Autumn/Winter collection, that mentioned, here, have been looking out for the items to come through to stores. This jacket I managed to pick up last week and soooo glad that I did, it's a great versatile piece and the faux leather sleeves make it appear much more pricey! Have seen similar version in Topshop, here, and also liking this khaki version with fur collar for River Island, here, as well as this gorgeous drape fronted leather jacket from the same place, here.

Am coming to the end of my week off and it has been a hectic one at that! Have been down to Brighton and back more times than expected and today just got back from the Lake District, which would've been lovely if the mist had lifted, typical English weather! Have gone from the snow to rain so hopefully in the last couple of days to the sunshine. Got these brogues back in October, here, really need to wear them more so thought today they would brighten up a bit of a dull day!

Course I'm very sure this schedule has nothing on the people running round at the fashion weeks, have been trying to keep up with news on the Vogue website, here, with their post updates and pics. Am also going to be checking out their live feeds on their Facebook page (link through my page, here, just have to like the page), will definitely be checking out the Topshop Unique show on Sunday at 3pm!

Have been having fun doing the internet shop this week, it started as Christmas present shopping but swiftly changed as I started looking about!!! One of my purchases was the above gold maxi skirt (gotta love a bit of gold lame!), which I would put with similar items to the ones above for an autumn outfit, also thought would be a great item for summer in Ibiza, already wishing for some sun!

Am having a thing for asymmetric hemlines this week as also purchased this dress, here, from River Island. While looking for the image saw the above green bag with the beautiful embellished pattern on.
